PetSmart Charities gives out a limited number of invitational grants. Organizations are invited to apply for these grants and unsolicited proposals for invitational grants only are not accepted. An example of this type of grant is our by-invitation-only spay/neuter grants in areas where the PetSmart Charities Rescue Waggin' is operating. (We also do some of our regular grants in these areas, which can be applied for as described above.)
